Polymer Clay
Polymer clay is a versatile medium, perfect for all sorts of techniques!
I am fond of "premo! Sculpey" polymer clay as it is a very good price, quality, and color/effects variety. Polymer clay has a few core tools that are used almost universally across techniques, but let your creativity guide you to new and different tools! |

Poly Clay Machines
A good clay conditioning machine makes life as a polymer clay artist easier! I use a makin's pasta machine and motor because I put my machines through hard use (over 10 pounds of clay a month) and this machine is durable enough to hold up for about a year before I have worn the gears out and its affordable enough to replace yearly. Other artisans have reported that their machines in this model have held up for years. I am saving up for a Lucy Clay machine and recommend yall check it out to see if it is right for you.
