At the time of writing this I am in the first steps of my glass journey, so if you are a beginner I am right there with you! I can't recommend enough The Complete Book of Glass Beadmaking; it makes intricate projects approachable and easy to understand. Another priceless resource is Delphi Glass. Their website is very well organized and has everything you could think to shop for as well as videos, articles and classes to further your glass education.
